  • Submitting a booking request through our website does not automatically guarantee a confirmed reservation. Your reservation will only be considered confirmed after receiving confirmation from our team and payment of the required deposit, which is a partial payment of the total trip cost. The remaining balance will be payable upon arrival in Egypt, according to the agreed booking terms.

  • Transportation problems

When possible, we will provide a suitable alternative.

If EgyptiaTrip must cancel a confirmed service and no suitable alternative can reasonably be provided, any refund will be handled according to the applicable booking and supplier policies.

Transportation arrangements may be provided by EgyptiaTrip or by third-party transportation providers.

Pickup and drop-off times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, road conditions, weather, or other circumstances.

Customers should be ready at the agreed pickup location at the specified time.

9. Hotels and Accommodation

When accommodation is included in a package, the hotel category will be specified in the booking details whenever possible.

Hotel names may be subject to availability and may occasionally be replaced by another property of a similar standard.

Hotel check-in and check-out times are determined by the hotel.

Additional hotel charges, including minibar, room service, laundry, telephone calls, or other personal expenses, are the responsibility of the customer unless specifically included in the booking.

Tour guides and activity providers may be assigned according to availability and operational requirements.

Certain activities may involve physical effort, outdoor conditions, boats, vehicles, walking, or other risks.

Customers are responsible for informing EgyptiaTrip in advance about any relevant limitations or special requirements that may affect participation.

Customers should follow the instructions of tour guides, drivers, activity providers, and local authorities during the trip.

11. Entrance Fees and Included Services

Each tour page should clearly state what is included and excluded.

Unless specifically stated as included, customers may be responsible for personal expenses, optional activities, meals, entrance fees, tips, or other additional costs.

Customers should carefully review the Included / Excluded section of the tour before booking.

12. Travel Documents

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have all necessary travel documents, including:

  • Valid passports
  • Visas, when required
  • Travel permits, when applicable
  • Required tickets and confirmations
  • Any documents required by Egyptian authorities

EgyptiaTrip is not responsible for problems resulting from missing, invalid, or incorrect travel documents.

13. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate booking information.
  • Follow reasonable instructions from guides and service providers.
  • Respect local laws and regulations.
  • Respect cultural sites, historical monuments, hotels, vehicles, guides, staff, and other travelers.
  • Arrive at agreed pickup locations on time.
  • Pay any additional personal expenses that are not included in the booking.

Customers may be responsible for costs resulting from damage caused intentionally or through negligent behavior.

14. Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during tours and transportation.

EgyptiaTrip is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items unless the loss or damage is directly caused by our proven negligence.

Customers should avoid leaving valuables unattended.

15. Health and Special Requirements

Customers should inform EgyptiaTrip before booking about any special requirements that may affect the provision of the service, including mobility requirements, dietary requirements, or other relevant needs.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a particular activity is suitable for their individual circumstances.

We recommend that travelers obtain appropriate travel insurance before traveling to Egypt.

16. Travel Insurance

Depending on the customer’s circumstances, appropriate insurance may cover issues such as medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss, delays, or other unexpected events.

EgyptiaTrip does not provide insurance unless specifically stated in the booking.
